A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal examination for women following both vaginal and C-section deliveries. It will assess how your posture, pelvic floor muscles and stomach muscles are recovering after childbirth. We screen for bladder, bowel or sexual dysfunction following a birth, as well as checking for diastasis recti (tummy seperation) and general strength and mobility.

Based on your examination findings, you will be provided with a bespoke, guided program to help with your recovery – and enable you to return to where you want to be.
